Of course! We always want you to feel and safe and secure with every purchase you make from us. All our delivery couriers excluding Royal Mail provide us with tracking information which will be sent to you in a separate email.

The majority of the products on our website hold a 1 year warranty, covering manufacturing defects. In the event of an item developing a fault or is found to be faulty upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care team with images of the fault, detailing the issue in full so that we can get a resolution for you as quickly as possible.

Of course you can. Providing it’s within 30 days of purchase, if you’re not completely 100% satisfied with your order get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try and resolve the issue – in many cases we’ll find a solution so that you won’t even need to return your items.

Please note: We do not accept returns or refund purchases for customised or custom sized items, this includes custom sized netting.
